Describe a typical "challenge" encountered in your work:
We often receive multiple calls for the same date and time to interpret in different settings. If we are already booked, our challenge is to cover both assignments without losing business. How can we go about doing this without giving up either assignment but also without over-booking ourselves?

Clearly describe what you expect from the students:
A.Describe a plan of action that will satisfy everyone.

B.Brainstorm ideas of how both assignments can be covered.

In order to give the teacher some guidance in evaluating the student's project(s); list some tips that may help to assess the student's work:
A. Did the students come up with ways to reschedule such as:
1. Chang times with one client
2. Policy of 1st come/1st served.
3. Refer job out to others companies who interpret for the deaf.
