Describe a typical "challenge" encountered in your work:
A client calls and wants to go somewhere warm this winter, with a limited budget and certain criteria. I must decide where to send them based on the information they have given me.

Clearly describe what you expect from the students:
The clients (two people, around 30 years old) want to go somewhere in the Western Caribbean that has great beaches, snorkeling, is all-inclusive (includes meals, drink and watersports) and relaxing for five nights in March. They can fly out of Chicago, but prefer Des Moines if possible. They want to spend under $4,000 total. Where do we send them?

In order to give the teacher some guidance in evaluating the student's project(s); list some tips that may help to assess the student's work:
How many options did they offer the clients? More than one? (Usually offer two options)
Did they offer any cruises?
Where did they get their information?
Does the vacation include all aspects of their request?
Did they give both Des Moines and Chicago?
