Describe a typical "challenge" encountered in your work:
Sometimes we get cars in our car repair shop that need more work than the car is worth. The value of the vehicle is different to us than to the customer at times. This results in us investing money in the repairs of a vehicle and the customer not picking it up or the customer not having it repaired and leaving it here.

Clearly describe what you expect from the students:
How can we prevent this from happening: A) without making the customer angry? B) without us losing money? C) without having the vehicle left at our business?

In order to give the teacher some guidance in evaluating the student's project(s); list some tips that may help to assess the student's work:
Most families have two or more cars. If you refuse to work on one, you lose their business on all their cars. It takes at least 90 days to go through the Department of Transportation to receive duplicate title or Artisan's Mechanics Lien to sell any vehicle. The police will impound the vehicle but, you don't receive any money for that vehicle. (If there is a charge.)

The dreaded statistic - 3 to 33. For every satisfied customer, they tell 3 other people, for every unsatisfied customer, they tell 33 people.
